We are up and about. After many coffee's with the crew at Fox Digital we have finally made it out to the web world. I welcome you all to this site, it is the culmination of all my experiences, work and education in this life so far. I guess you could call that ACTing out and by that i mean it in an ACT sense. I have spent the last 17 years, accepting and committing to therapeutic change to live a full and meaningful life. Has it been hard? Well yes. Has it been worth it? Most definetly. Would i do it again? For sure. Did i do it alone? No No, but alone i had to do it. I would like to thank my family, especially Kerrie and Jess for putting up with my spiritual midnights and all my other peculiarities.

My mentors from work and life, Justin Michael for the freedom to express my faith and music, Deb Little for letting me off the leash just enough, Dr John Viggers for the space he gives me in his family, Danny Hayes for the courage to believe, all the participants at Ready4ACT and the other groups i have done, the Music Lab crew for showing me the hidden beauty that lies within, my students for respect and hope i see in them for the future, and all the others that my processor is not connecting me to will come later. I am encouraged by the prospects and can see an outstanding path ahead. So get on board and Start ACTing out.
